All food service staff should be trained in Allergen Awareness and Communication. This course is suitable for all food operatives and business owners in the Catering, Hospitality, Industrial, Retail and Artisan Food Sectors.
Food Allergens are recognised as a growing public health issue and it is vital that all food handlers are trained in food allergen awareness. This online training covers requirements of information requirements under Regulation (EC) 1160/2011 on the provision of information to consumers.
This course is an ideal course for those already working as food handlers who have food safety & HACCP training or for new employees or job seekers in the food industry.

Certification Test: On completion of modules you will complete a short theory test online. You must achieve a pass mark of 60% to achieve certification.
