Level 1: Food Safety & HACCP

Basic Food Safety training as part of new staff induction or as a refresher for those who have completed Level 2 training. This course follows FSAI (Food Safety Authority Ireland) guidelines and certification is provided.

Delivered on or offsite over 2.5 – 3 hours by qualified trainers.
